The Weekly Journey to Peaceful Sleep:

Week 1: Creating Your Foundation for Peaceful Nights
We start by understanding what's disrupting your sleep and what your body needs for true rest. You'll work through the initial modules, assess your evening habits and sleep environment, and we'll create your personalized plan for more peaceful nights during our Wednesday and Saturday coaching sessions.

Week 2: Building Your Peaceful Night Rituals
This is where you establish the routines and habits that lead to restful sleep. You'll create calming evening rituals, use the soothing audio tracks to wind down, work through journal prompts to release the day's stress, and I'll help you refine what brings you the most peace during our twice-weekly coaching.

Week 3: Deepening Your Restful Sleep
We strengthen everything you've learned and address any remaining barriers to peaceful sleep. You'll master the practices that help you fall asleep with ease and stay asleep through the night, plus create your plan for maintaining these peaceful nights long-term.

How Coaching Works

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday morning, I'm completely focused on you and the other women in the course through voice and text coaching on Voxer (a free app). Throughout the week, you can send me text or voice messages about your sleep challenges, what's working, what's keeping you awake, or anything you're experiencing. Then during Monday, Wednesday and Saturday morning coaching sessions, I respond to everything with personalized guidance and support.

With weekly coaching, you get consistent support and quick feedback as you implement changes. It's like having a sleep coach checking in with you regularly to help you create the peaceful nights you're craving. You get support all week long, with dedicated coaching time three times per week.
