This is such a lovely book by
one of my new favourite people.


As someone who has struggled with fatigue, mild 'insomnia', and terrible sleep hygiene for years, this book was literally life-changing within the first 30 pages. It was more informative than any of the professionals who have attempted to help me, and it was much less judgemental about it.
