Instagram is my favourite platform to connect with my audience. I'm there daily, either posting about sleep, rest, self-care, essential oils, my adorable chocolate lab, or fun & cozy scenes from my life.

When I find a product I love and believe in, I post about it often and give it a home in my highlights.

I love my small but very engaged group of followers. I secretly hope none of my posts ever "go viral" because I don't want to lose touch with my audience. I chat with my followers daily in my DMs, and love it when someone contacts me to share a sleep story a funny post.

I launched my business as a side-hustle in the summer of 2017.
